Knocked off 2 stars because sales people could be a bit more knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to footwear - certain brands (like Chacos) require help when you first try them. Without a salesperson who knows what to do (or better yet who bothers to help at all), it makes trying the shoes difficult. Ended up shopping elsewhere because of that.
